Welcome to Silver Oak Dispatch. By accessing or using our dispatching services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and efficiency in our working relationship with carriers.

1. Service Overview

Silver Oak Dispatch provides professional dispatching services to independent owner-operators and small fleet carriers. Our goal is to help you keep your wheels turning and your profits growing with minimal downtime.

2. Dedicated Lane Subscription

Carriers opting for our dedicated lane services agree to a monthly fee of $400. This subscription guarantees priority load matching, consistent routes, and a personalized dispatcher to handle your dedicated lane logistics.

This fee recurs monthly and is required to maintain access to dedicated lane benefits. Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid in full before dispatch services are activated or renewed for the next billing cycle.

3. Percentage-Based Dispatching

For carriers not using a dedicated lane, Silver Oak Dispatch offers percentage-based load management services. These services range from 4% to 7% per load, depending on your selected service tier. 4. Payment Methods

We accept payment via Zelle, CashApp, or Wire Transfer. Once registration is submitted, our team will reach out to confirm payment details. Services begin only after payment has been verified.

5. Registration Requirements

  • All carriers must provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding.
  • MC Authority, W9, Certificate of Insurance, and other compliance documents are required.
  • Failure to provide valid and accurate information may delay or cancel dispatch service activation.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All carrier information shared with Silver Oak Dispatch is confidential and will only be used for the purposes of providing dispatching services. We never sell or share data with third parties.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 5 business days prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or unused services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any service-related disputes must be submitted in writing to Carriers@silveroakdispatch.com within 30 days of the issue. Our team will make every effort to resolve matters fairly and efficiently.

9. Modifications to Terms

Silver Oak Dispatch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify carriers of significant changes through email or by updating this page.
